The substrate is autoclaved at 121°C for 6 hours and incubated for 90-120 days after inoculation, until it is fully colonized, tubers form, the tubers turn brown, and fruiting begins. To ensure 100% fruiting, each batch is tested in the fruiting room, and each log is inspected before loading. No chemical pesticides are used on any logs. |
